The sinister worldwide terrorist organisation Black Opps Nihilist Group (or BONG for short) believed to be responsible for such atrocities as the "Pudding-Cake-Masacre" and the "Night Of The Sly Mongeese" are known to have a weapons and monetary cache somewhere in the industrial complex.

The terrorists have to avoid arrest, prosecution and a probable one way ticket to Guantanamurder Bay Detention Camp by destroying the weapons cache, or they can a cause a complex-wide power shutdown by blowing up the master control room to cover their escape.

The CT's -obviously- have to smite them mightily to stop them
