I was playing on emp_escort_beta3 yesterday in BE team. Map design gives you only 2 ways of capturing 1st flag: either rifleman rush in 1st 3 minutes or APC rush to the flag. There was only 1 person that tried rushing as rifleman with me (Ghost Mayama). Most of Brenodi bought heavy tanks that are totally useless at 1st flag because they are expensive (about 700 res or more) and slow. Only spawning lots of infantry at the flag leads to capture.
So we had 5 heavy tanks and 1-2 APCs trying to rush. Heavies were fucking around: attacking a bit (moving 10m forward) and going back to get repairs. There were 3-5 of them all the time and at least 1 blocked the way to the flag. When you're rushing with an APC you need 3phase engine (fastest) and you have to drive at top speed. Then NF has big problems with triggering 9th mine. Heavies were either totally blocking the way to the flag or slowing me down so at the flag I was too slow to get through mined area.
Me an Mayama started 9th mining, blocking and destroying our own heavy tanks to get some necessary space and Flame111 banned me lol. (probably because his tank died too) I didn't do anything wrong because I was helping my team. Destroying admin's tank was a side effect but I don't really care. If you have doubts if I'm right or not ask BSID Simon or Ghost Mayama. I also made last changes to emp_escort: I released emp_escort_beta3.
OT (I'm too lazy to create topics elsewhere): 1. You have exploitable maps in mapcycle: emp_sinking is a one big exploit. 2. People aren't being banned after using exploits. I was playing on emp_streetsoffire yesterday and NF commander built barracks in a place where he shouldn't do it. Some KM member was on the server and well he didn't to shit. 3. To communicate with your clan/server admins I have to either join some steamfriends groups or register on this ******* forum. Even to say something like "remove this map from mapcycle".
