I found this rather helpful site a while ago when I was having a few issues with my computer.
If you think your system may be bogged down with virus' or spyware simply follow the "read me first" section and submit a little report to the forum and the ppl who have a little more knowledge in this area of expertise will clean up your system for you - free of charge.
