Ok, im not going to link you to every custom model that ever was, but here are a couple of things I use:

First, the HL2 Ragdoll Physics.

The CSS ragdolls are all still and stuff, look a bit wank sometimes tbh, the HL2 ones are much better. Instructions on installation are in the readme.
