it may not stop all cheats, but it does stop some.

if we did not have vac, then people would have no fear of getting banned. no fear = willing to cheat

there are cheats that, as admins, we cannot see.

wallhacking, easy to spot.
aimbot, easy to spot.

ESP? you cant see.
No Recoil? hard to see.

... the list goes on.

but at the end of the day, vac is worth running, or we would use a diferent anticheat solution.

sure, its not perfect, but its the best there is for css atm.

also: your problem with the game could not be down to vac, its a problem authenticating your session on the server with your active steam account...

it could be caused by a few connections to diferent servers around the world...
