I have a technical query which I am sure has been discussed previously, but would like a noobified answer.

With the next 20 v 20 match on its way I want to attempt to try and improve the performace/lag. Last time it was nearly impossible to play with fps down at 5 fps at times and people appearing and disappearing in front of me. Is this purely down to not enough bandwith (2mb) or is it a computer related issue? If so does anyone have any tips?

It plays reasonably ok normally but the 20 v 20 was an absolute nightmare.
