Right lets start at the beginning!

It was a lovely saturday morning and i was browsing though some website looking for new computer parts and i came across ebuyer and they had a good deal on a foxconn motherboard and processor and i really needed to upgraded. so i placed my order and ordered a new case aswell. I also made it priority so i got is on wednesday the 5th of october. TODAY!

monday comes and they tell me everything is fine and there processing my order.

Tuesday all still in stock and nothing heard back (no news is good news).

Then today! F**kers. read on there website that the call wating time is only 6 minutes for today. I had to ring 20 times before i even got into a cue then i had to wait over an hour before someone finially picked up.

I wanted to know how my order was doing my account, my carded i ordered it on, my email address they send all the infomation too. The bloke answer and says whats my order number i gave it to him and he asked for my details, i gave them to him. He said sorry im not the account hold (my ex gf) is.

I was getting very fucked off, he said ill email the detail to your account. ok, so i went to my emails and it said 'your order has not been forefilled because your times are not in stock' NOT IN STOCK!! they where in fu*king stock yesterday, u noobo fu*king tw*ts!!

But that is why i hate and never will use Ebuyer again.


Feeling a bit better now! but still no parts

Thats the thing with buying online. If your like me, when i buy something, i want it there and then, (stamps feet) not next fucking week. Theres a shop down the road from me which is an online shop, and the prices are quiet resanoble aswell, not the best ive seen, but a few quid extra at least i get my product there and then. So i just drive down there now, a lot easier.

ive never had a problem with ebuyer, usually they email me to let me know that what i have bought will be a day early..

now the ppl i have had probs with are http://www.microdirect.co.uk/ - really idiots, i ordered my headset from them, 2 weeks later i hadnt got it, so for the fourth time i called them for them to say they havent got any in stock where as the phonecall a week b4 it was in stock.. anyway a lot of angry words from me over the next 2 months and 3 months after my order they gave my money back.. NEVER using them again!

Thats worrying to here about Ebuyer because at 5pm today I ordered a 7800GT and an mx518 mouse.

They're 'sposed to arrive next tuesday, so if I dont get them then I am going to go medievil on them.

Fingers crossed everyone.

I use Ebuyer quite regular for work and have never had a problem with them.

Maybe they thought that coz there customer was a mad monkey that they would be getting paid peanuts so they cancelled the oder.

just because it says its instock when you order it, does not mean you will get it.

you only get your order processed when your payment has "cleared", so 100 people could order 1 item thats left in stock and the person who cleared 1st would get it.

thats the way it is.................

ebuyer probably get an order every second atleast

I found the motherboard he wanted from another supplier for half the price including next day delivery that Ebuyer wanted...

Told him to ring Ebuyer and tell them to stuff it and order from the company I recommnended.

Frog - They took the money on monday and told me my order was being processed but havent even allocated the goods *is that legal* and they still had over a 100 in stock on monday after i got my email.

Husband - I was going to start a new post for all the love and thanks i was going to give you but youve gone and ruined it now

THANK YOU you the best, at the moment i haven't got any money because of ebuyer (yeah thx *wankers*) or I would have brought them.

and i have bought a few things from microdirect and theyve always been good...

I use two other companies that are nearly as cheap as Ebuyer, but can sometimes win on pricing when it comes to delivery...
