I've been using Smile! which is a smart little application that takes a screenshot every time you get a kill in Counter Strike. (it works with some other games too)
Some people find it a bit laggy but it doesn't affect the game performance at all for me.

why wouldnt i be? they work on vac servers as they arnt player models.. so only i can see them when i am holding them.. so cant be used to hack.. so i guess so yes
