The london eye is that big wheel thingy what you go on, cant belive you.ve never heard of it, your'll see it when you get there. Cutty sark is an old wooden boat, mite not be your sorta thing, but i found it intresting, piece of english history.

As for going out at nite, make sure your in a group and not on your own. As with all countries, dont walk around with ur backpacks looking like tourists, (even know you are) you mite get robbed.

To be honest i dont know why you is bothering, its a shit hole if ya ask me, you shud visit a wonderfull place called Gravesend, yeah rite.

Anyway, make sure you have fun, and soho's a cool place, lots of hookers, and camden palace, get club, been raving there in the past, dont know if its still open.

yea i know it now you tell me what it is, i remember it from watching Derren Brown at Frog's...

Well it sounds like camden town is quite ppular i will print this off and see what teacher thinks of it, he will probably know it all as he's been studying there (well atleast that's what he always tells me) in cambridge for a little while, and goes to london every year...

Shadowdog, do u think we can get into the Hardy thing pub under 18?

thanks to all who responded
i'm now going to have a look at all the links.

Re: places to eat - you'll have to go for an awful chinese in China Town next to Soho, just to experience what it's not like to go to China.

Also, there's a greek restaurant called Jimmys where they have loads of traditional cypriot dancing and singing - which is always good for a laugh.

That's in Soho, near the Prince Edward theatre I think.

If it's nice weather - then you'll have a good time just walking round the parks.

There are also some nice shops and stuff in Greenwich.

Have a great time!

But be warned! it is very expensive, Even for food...
i used to work there and lunch would cost between £5-£20 just for a simple meal.. if you are going for a quick lunch try out a cafe (called Mikes, i fink?) just off Portobelo, its usually packed, but lots of stodge for a few quid, plus you usually get some celebs in there every now an then.
