Grindhouse -Planet terror, a fucking epic film, truly amazing with an amazing cast, Bruce Willis, Fergie, half the lost cast, Tarantino and a hot chick with an m16 and m203 for a leg.

Quality action and some moments of pure genius asskicking comedic moments.

I thought it was shit tbh. Very poor for Tarantino IMO

tarantino directed the other half of the grindhouse: DeathProof, which proved to be a massive disappointment...

I tried to watch Brokeback once but they gay luvin' started too early, put me off.

Watched Pan's labyrinth, really great film

I went to see street kings last night...

lots of shooting & lots of death...

Film Quality 9/10 - guns sounded real, very nice bullet impact effects. Only reason its a 9 was because of some badly edited "added extra few words" spoken by people in a scene or two.
You could not tell by the image on screen (it cut away from their face) but the give away was in the audio. The audio recorded on set was clearly different to the extra recording made and added later - so it gave the game up. I'm guessing not many people will notice that one though.

Film Story 8/10 - feels like it should have been a 3 hour film but was crammed into the normal time slot. writers did well to keep me guessing whats going to happen next - so my hat is off there.

Film Cast 5/10 - Looks like they wanted to try and pad out the cast with some "known people". They used a few from TV series etc. They all managed to do their thing well apart from Keanu Reeves. For me Keanu didnt do it. Hes too nice. I spent most of the time trying to work out why this nice man was living the life he had - and this spoilt it a bit for me.

Over all 8.5/10 - Not a bad film. Must see at the cinema if your into gun fights & people getting shot.
Different actors would have made it great.
Didnt do it for me like training day did...

Sunshine

not bad tbh. Although I didnt see the last 30 or so minutes Was past my bedtime.

Unless it all goes to fuck in the last 30 minutes I would say 7/10

Isolation

Absolutely crap. Didnt bother watching the end of it. A waste of my time watching what I did.

1/10

88Minutes

Good Film in my opinion. I couldnt take my eyes off the screen the full way through! Al Pacino was brilliant in this film, just like always. Anyway i would give the film an 8/10.
