Now that all maps are finally in place I am going to monitor their performance and we will adjust the map cycle accordingly. Currently aztec is giving concern so if I see it emptying the server again it will be temporarily removed from the votes and replaced by other maps.
At the moment aztec isn't picked often. Now that all cpl maps are on and there are other decent cup maps, now that the vote actually brings them up, people often vote for those.

So basically no need to worry. We will not be taking any hasty decisions.

The "vote failed" rotation is to small. We nearly had cbble, dust2, cbble, dust2 rotation due to badly timed votes. Need at least 1 more in there, preferably 2.

I would suggest Office and Italy and I personally like Dust Dont blame the map for shit players.

Agree with butch in that i like Dust also, but it can be a bit of a server killer, its another aztec in all honesty, where the t's need to work together to get out of a bottleneck, and we all know how much cooperation there is on a public
Personally if the map was to default, i believe no matter how many times it reverts to Dust2, that wont empty the server, being as that map is so unbelievably popular but we could do with a bit of variety. My suggestions would be to add office and cpl_mill to dust 2 and cbble, but thats just my ideas

If you have a normal rotation that can be changed by votes then the vote failed rotation will generally not be awful or too repetitive.

You can't please all the people all the time.

How about making it so that a box shows up asking for your choice instead of asking ppl to type vote? I miss it most of the time or just cba to type it tbh.

and make it so that you don't need te majority to vote for a map! If the majority doesn't vote than it's fair to assume they're too dumb to do so (me) or don't care and any map will do.

Would be simpler than always having to wait for a certain amount of players to vote tbh ...

In time we will be changing the current voting system (i.e. removing mani) so this problem will probably resolve itself.

as for the maps, i'll add office to the defaults...
if that still does not do the trick, more maps will have to be suggested
