Hello Km !

I was playing on your lovely server earlier with my mate Sobek !

We were suddenly banned without warning ! The reason for the ban was something to do with camping
I dont think we were camping much .

It was cbble and we were Terrorist's , we didnt leave spawn as much as some of the Cts would have liked .
But I dont think you can ban for that .
We got pinned down by Ct gun fire.. there was only one place to go.. and it was the Tower !

We stayed in the tower and killed a few most of the Cts .. only one remained . It was Moby Dick ! he slayed us ! then later on he KICK BANNED US ! .. BANNED FOR CAMPING ON KM .. How Humiliating !

Please unban Sobek and I ! we will try not to annoy your impulsive Admins !

I'm guessing frog will be asked to pull the logs so every1 can see whether or not there was a warning but if there was none ... a slight overreaction to say the least o.O

1st time I let you get away with camping till the time ran out.
2nd time people were getting annoyed with your camping and insults.
3rd time I slayed.
4th time I also slayed...thought that maybe you got the hint.
5th time I ban.

I miss the days when KM was populated by eloquent people who could undergo a conversation without resorting to crying both loudly, publically and continuously in private.

Moby by now you should realise that hudson and sobek are a lot slow. Therefore they need it in writing.

He defends the sites/bomb/spawn as long as he reasonably can before creaping around slowly while everyone else has given up the will to live, in the hope that sheer boredom will kill off the opposition.

As for your banning without verbal or written warning, what a commendable gesture. I also find it nice to have an admin say STFU when it wasn't warranted. I've seen it many a time but I'd never have expected it from a KM admin. I guess things have changed.

Only reason you were over zealous in your ban decision was because you didn't know who it was. Had they been using their normal nicks or had it been another regular you would not have banned Moby.

As for using "camping" for justification, I'm sorry but that is just pathetic.

I'm willing to bet your teammates were all worked up over getting killed by players they didntknow and were crying for you to do something.

I also doubt, with hindsight, that you believe this ban should stick.

Including this post it's 3:2 to you. You aren't an admin and this isn't your ban thread so by your own logic why are you posting? I'm a character reference for Hud and Sobek. They were having fun and they got randomly slayed and then banned and they saw no warnings. I was listening to them on Vent. They were very confused...

As far as your contribution is concerned I think that this thread would have been far easier to read without your attempted English.

Anyway, the ban says it was for camping and not abuse. So ALL of your contibution has actually been for naught.

I never said you didn't have the right. I said I had as much right as you do, and you were the one who said I didn't have the right to post.

This is as good as a court. It is an inquest to determine whether the ban should stick. This will get discussed by all the admins and a decision will be made on the validity of the ban.

Hmm seems its that kinda attitude that you have, that makes you think you can get away with anything on KM's server.

The ban reason is "Excessive camping" Frog made the plug-in not me and unfortunately I can only add one reason.

Saying something allegedly along the lines of "I get bored. Bitches die" in chat when you slay is not a warning. A ban a couple of rounds later with no written warning is not fair.

That is unwarranted admin abuse and over the top. If you knew it was Hudson you WOULD have done it slightly differently. You would probably have said, "knock it off and stop being a tit" but it WOULD have been different...
