yeah i got banned form your empires erver yesterday i think and i know why, it was for mic spamming music and i know that i was being stupid and should not have spammed music and trust me. I get in lots of trouble on other servers for this, i guess i need to find my limits so i was wondering if you could unban me or make the ban like a week or something.

btw i wasent the only one spamming music.

I assume you made the point about others spamming to try and victimise yourself - but if you browse our ban list you will find the other spammers were also banned.

You were reported to me (name and steamid) by other players so i joined the server to listen - normally i would have banned you as soon as the reports came in, but i decided to check for myself.

Ignoring complaints directed at you, playing music over the voice comms continued and it was this disregard for other players on the server (lowering the enjoyment of the game) which in the end resulted in your ban.

I'm sure i have warned you previously - but even if it was someone else - you had more than enough warning from the upset players.

You've said it yourself that you get into trouble on other servers - maybe you should wake up to the fact spoiling on-line games only results in getting banned.

hmm well you made some good points but no i was not victimizing myself nor was i warned. I was getting requests from other players to play music and i guess that a few people were unhappy with it and i apologize to those people whoever they may be. But the fact remains that perm bans for mic spamming on a first offence is over(9000!)kill. Also some people i know that spammed were not banned (and they shall remain nameless), and were let of with a warning. Now i ask of to to please reconsider your decision and unban or change it to 1 week or something.

It's not KM's responsibility to educate infantile idiots.

If you need help to find your limits, go somewhere else or ask your mom.

I'm working on not playing music anymore and i'm still wondering if you could give me an unban or only a week ban because a perm ban without warning is kinda harsh.
