I and Falixx were banned the other day from your good Empires mod server (steam ids: STEAM_0:0:1936427 and STEAM_0:1:417073 respectively).

We were banned for making fun of our bad comm who kept giving us terrible orders while we were on the brink of losing. He was prolonging the inevitable by spamming walls and turret farming and the game was by far clearly over. I happened to also walk upon a glitch where I was underneath the map, but I wasn't using this to any significant detriment to the enemy team, just killing time while waiting for the map to end.

Falixx and I would like to be unbanned and we apologize for any inconvenience. We enjoy playing on your server and come often, hopefully someone can vouch for us that we are fair, capable good players. Thanks for considering.

Hi, the ban was made as a result of complaints from other players on the server.

Yourself, for being a general trouble maker.
And failxx, for being spammy on the voice coms.

According to the players that complained, your negative attatude and behaviour spanned accross a few maps and they just got so tired of you they decided to complain and request a ban.

Talking from past experience, when a player gets unbanned its very rare for the player to "change" their ways and not continue with the same behaviour that got them banned in the first place.

How do i know this ban will change the way you act and prevent players getting upset on our servers again?

well first of all, thanks for taking the time to state exactly what the issue was.

Because we now know the specifics, it will not take too much effort on our part to change our ways regarding mic spamming/shit talking.

We are sincere in playing this game and wanting to have fun in it through winning. Your server is one of the most enjoyable to play in, whether it be as a comm or as another soldier in a squad. If we do not wish to change our attitude, then it is unlikely that we would have went to the effort to make an unban request.

Anyhow I hope we are worth giving a 2nd chance to so that we may prove that old habits can be changed to fit within rules.

I am still eagerly awaiting the chance that I too may be unbanned so that i can contribute to the enjoyment of the game and have a good time. I am committed still to changing my ways that got me banned in the first place and I hope that is enough to warrant another chance.

I'm sad to say I will have to deny your request on the grounds of evidence pointing towards you and failxx causing trouble when you are together on the same server.

Failxx was very lucky to get unbanned (ask anyone round here how many times they have seen an unban), so I will have to ensure his chance is a fair one.

I'm not sure if you know each other in real life or something, it would be a shame if thats the case - but this is something you should have thought about before acting in a way to get yourself reported.

Just because we did so in the past, should not be an indication that we plan to repeat it.

It wouldnt be hard to ban me again in a heartbeat, and it certainly wouldnt be worth my time to try and get unbanned if I was going to try and get banned again.

Sooner or later your server will be dead and unpopular, like it already is half the time. And then it will eventually happen with other servers that follow your stupid banlists.

It just seems real clear that frog isn't about second chances, and that he wasn't going to even consider it anymore after saying what he said. So I waited a few days to be sure, and I decided I'd speak my mind after that.
