I was recently banned on [KM]'s CSS server for teamkilling which was an accident I assure you. Please UnBan ASAP because I really enjoy playing on your servers.

Im a witness to this, it was no accident, 5 tks in 5 rounds takes some beating tbh.

Joking, this bloke seems ok, im sure it wernt on purpose, he mite have a sckull wallhack but thats about it.

Repeatedly doing it over and over again, i kicked the first time...came back without an apology.

Then he decides to start doing the tking again....banned.

Didn't see one apology.


Also your little buddy was banned, for doing exactly the same thing.

[KM] Servers require you to agree to these terms before taking advantage of any service [KM] offers. Breaking any agreement in these terms of service could result in your access to any and all [KM] services, events or activities being denied on a permanent basis or temporary basis.

6) Team Killing
Team Killing is forbidden. This includes destroying team structures/vehicles and damaging friendly players health or armour.

1 knife, and 7 deagle shots does not look like an accident. You should have taken your warnings and previous kick seriously.

You failed to also show team attacks on me... I didnt not purposly KILL the player, just to inflict the same amount of damage on him that he did you me, which WAS on purpose I might add. MobyDick you seem to have a problem with alot of people that join the server that are not regulars, even your clan freind knows what was going on, so please, do not lie, it gives a bad rep for your community and clan. I would not bother writing all this if it were on purpose. I admit the fact I shot the guy, but like I said ealier, only to inflict the same amount of damage on him as he gave me.

As has been said before, the person who attacked you got banned. Even so - You have been banned for your actions alone, not the actions of somebody else.

You have stated you understand causing damage to your own team on purpose is forbidden by continuing to play on our servers, and you also have stated you understand that causing team damage may result in a permanent ban.

The server rules are more than clear, and you have had you second chance when you were first only kicked, and not banned.

If you were being attacked by a member of your own team you should have reported it to one of the 5 server admins playing at the time.

The only suggestion I can make to you at this point is to try and resolve the situation with mobydick. He is the staff member who made the ban, he has responsibility for it. If your going to get unbanned he will have to agree to it.

Despite your personal views on Moby, if you ask me, he was just doing his job. . .

And in what sense does two wrongs make a right? The "guy" you shot may have accidently TA'ed you - that does not mean you turn around and on purpose TA or TK.

Googles i have watched all admins at work and find this accusation to be wrong if there are some km members that think moby is biast then they should talk to admin but for me i give moby my whole support and if you want to be on banned accuseing moby is the wrong way my opinon is you get one more chance but im not admin so it is not for me to decide

There were a lot of people on the server last night the only person that i had banned was yourself.



I did let you off with the abuse you started giving me as soon as you joined the server. Calling me "gay" is not a good way to introduce yourself.

I do, bullet for a bullet, head shot for a head shot etc.
