I bought this DVD rewinder for my teenage nephew Nathan last Christmas, who has a huge collection of rare discs by Pixar and the White Stripes. I figured it would save him time, plus he would like the "hip" look of this device, which goes with his lime-green iPod nano. But after trying to rewind dozens of DVDs, he found that while the "rewind" sound was loud enough to wake up his aunt and me from a sound sleep, this device did not work at all! I even returned it to the company after finding their call center staff extremely rude, and the next one they sent didn't work either. Now Nathan and his friends think we are "clueless nubies." NOT recommended!!!!
