Sooo I've decided to apply. I think most of you know me, which could harm my chances, but I'm hoping those who don't will vote for me by mistake or something.

I'm currently a software developer working in Leeds. Been playing CS since beta 0.6 but I only started clanning about 18 months ago when I joined obv. Played with 5* for a month or so til it's untimely demise and since then (about 2-3 months) i've barely played at all.

I've put a fair few hours in on KM's pub server, always try to keep the griefing to a minimum and only ever shoot teammates by accident (admitedly that's still quite a lot).

I'm currently a bit short on spare time so I'm more interested in being part of your community than playing loads of matches, although i'm always happy to play if i'm around.

Anyways, I'll leave it with you. See you on the server. =]

what kind of software dev work do you get up to?

'Bespoke business integration software' to give it's fancy title. Basically DB systems with fancy front ends as far as i can make out. Only been with the company a couple o months so I'm still getting my head around it really.

are you writing code for them? (if so, what language).

Is it one of these "build custom solutions for our clients" companies?

And lo Moog - the guaranteed way of gaining KM membership is to prawn Comm and Zat.

Yes frog, I mainly do Java stuff but I've been assigned to a .NET (C#, ASP, WCF, SQL Server etc) project so i've had to sell my soul to MS and teach myself that over the last couple of weeks. Quite an interesting project tho, producing a project cost/management system for a company called Sama Dubai who are developing a new designer area of Dubai called The Lagoons.

Heh, thanks for your support Zat I do seem to be a bit of a curse don't I. I guess killing entire clans is what i do best (seem to recall getting a 5-man + defuse against KM a while ago actually)
