Also at the time of you taking the screens Frog joined the server, you should alert to him what is going on, as he is one of the admins.

Frog was playing and I did ask him about kicking them but as he probably didnt see the offence occur he couldnt ban on my word only, so I posted the proof required.
There are many games played where admins and players are playing normally but suddenly you hear the warning sound "cv under attack" and by then its too late to catch the culprit who has flipped our cv.

One thing I think needs changing is your end death cam time, as it changes map too quickly to see anything and take screens?

These guys have been flipping the CV before, so this is more than enough for a ban...

That's utterly bullshit. I usually don't do stuff like this, but I was fed up with the commander being a total reject. So don't tell me I've been flipping the cv before. Where's the screenshots of the other times I've supposedly done it I wonder?

At first we tried to ask nicely wether or not he could contribute as a commander and work as a team. It seemed like he was afk or something. So we tried to vote-kick him from the menu but failed due to lack of votes. Obviously everyone else on our team found it acceptable that our commander didn't do shit. But I didn't. And I still don't. I hate playing with unexperienced commanders. And usually when I'm on your server, I experience good commanders which is one of the main reasons I play there. I like your server. I've been there alot. I find it depressing to be banned.

Frog were online, he witnessed to what were going on. Didn't we ask the commander nicely at first, to construct various constructions with no response? Sp yeah, we figgured we'd blow the fucker up and end this round and start a new round. Why play a round which is already lost? It would be a total different situation if we had a decent commander from the beginning and failed due to something else. But when the commander blows up the whole start, the round is lost. The start is the most important thing in empires. Without ref's you have no income. Without no income you have nothing.

I've told you my side of the story, and hopefully you'll find it good enough to unban me. I consider this as a warning, I will not blow up my own cv even though the commander is a reject. I'll simply just put myself on spectater and watch the mass failure.
I'm sorry if I somehow offended anyone. That was not my intentions. My intentions were for the good. Don't we all like a good round?

And as for the NFH tag. We've been bothered by this alot. People telling us we're stacking. Or whining about the fact that we're a "clan".
Well we're not. We're merley a small steam community. A group of friends. We play various other games too. And it might seem like we're stacking on empires due to the fact that NFH really stands for Northeren Faction Heroes. I always play on the NF side. Basically because I don't like playing as BE. It's my principle, deal with it.

It may not have been you specifically flipping the CV before MrFurby - But you associate yourself with the people who have done it before by wearing the tag.

I have "let NFH off" once before after they argued pretty much the same argument of lame commander and kick vote failed ... And the next time they come back, the flipping starts again - So it seams, once a flipper, always a flipper.

You may be unlucky as it was supposedly your "first time", all I can suggest is you pick better friends and a better community to associate yourself with in the future.
