I think you will find butchy meant that if you don't have the time on server and asked to join you will be kicked out of the application process.

And yes there are some members with little time on the server recently like me as I amazingly have other things to do apart from CS but I still manage to donate from time to time even if I have only been on twice in a month

But as always if the vote comes up I will always vote for the people I have SEEN on the server and who are nice players and I pwn them if I see my stats and you have killed me more times than I have you then you havn't got a chance of getting my vote

There have been a few kicked out for being idle...
Most of the "long term afk" people either still keep in contact, or have blown up their computer / lost their internet.

If you could see all of the hidden stuff, you would find butcher does a nice job of keeping on top of the current membership state
