this looks like a problem with the dedicated box as TS is gone screwed too...unfortunately the 3 admins that have full access to the server are away atm shadow will be home later but until then im afraid there is nothing the rest of the admin team can do.

just spoken to shadow he has been able to restart the server so fingers crossed

windows update killed it probably... it automatically restarts the box .. and then somebody has to login for the servers to start

Yeah, the box died hard.... it was a power outage so nothing was shutdown.
At around 12:30 pm, Bluesquare 2 data center suffered a power outage while carrying out routine maintenance on their UPS. The outage lasted approx 10 mins and affected the whole KillerCreaton network.
As to why Bluesquare were carrying out maintenance/testing during business hours is beyond us. We can only but apologize to our customers for this outage. All services are restored, we have unfortunately suffered a few hardware failures as a result of Bluesquare’s actions but are working to resolve any issues.
