Black line = total amount of slots Green line = server uptime? (think I am right on that) Blue line = amount of players Orange line = ?????

Then why is the server fps up when the green line (server uptime) is down?

when the green line drops, or stays level the server is down.
the green line represents the "total up time"
if the fps is 0 and the green line is down, then the server has been down for a longer period of time than just a restart which would only cause the green line to drop
