To make my own pwnage video I will need to use fraps because source recorder pisses me off with lags and waiting for video to progress for example, well recording with fraps at 100fps gives lags same as on source recorder, but when i'm recording at 25 or 30 fps it's cool ( I can't play css and record with fraps in a same time this sucks my fps completely)instead of playing and getting cool or good fargs i'm getting crappy frags (games is so jumpy). So my video will take a lot of time to make

I think you should splice it with pictures of alpine flora and kittens just to add a little bit of contrast.
