y cant some of the lower but reliable [KM]s have limted admins to either kick or ban four short term till a main admin can be contacted

i think thats a good idea , because when i was on the server which was a while ago it took a while to get an admin to sort it all out

well as a clan and or comunity it takes a vote persay and as we need donations to keep servers alive people that wont pay dont even get considered i no its hard to get an admin when u need 1 its just that time of year re other post aka (afk). but im sure those that make the rules will consider all of as thats why km rox tbh so lets see what time brings

we do have an abnormally large amount of admins AWOL...
i would like to point out that i can be contacted on widnows messenger 99% of the time.
the only times im not on messenger is if: im asleep im out of the house im dead
failing that other admins our quite regularly on windows messenger... and you can also just report the person in this forum and they will get banned.
if the absence of the other admins appears to be extended, then i think it's necessary a way is found to elect some more staff (not an easy task believe me...)

ahem....I know of one well repsected long timer that wouldnt mind a few extra powers to abuse. Now where is that list of enemies:Zato,Comm, Tetas, Flaxy, Zato again.... this is gonna take a while.

mr frog as u know i was in another clan and i do agree with what u say but our old clan all members had limted admin and there where 4 main admins hu could do permanant bans how they made this work i dont know

i knjow that i shopuldnt really poke my head in where it doesnt belong but i would just like to say, you have the younger generation of the human race more likely to be playing at all hours of the day so why dont you get one of the ACTIVE pups to fulfil this task and it would also show that you trust us as part of the clan and not just as hangers on.

I am slowly coming back to admin life, work isnt slowing down but i am getting in 2 hours earlier so i can get home 2 hours earlier.
I feel that an admin meeting will be needed soon and this topic will be on top of the agenda
