Edgar and I were on KM, giving each other instructions over the radio, when Master Beef randomly ta'ed Edgar and I, telling us that we were spamming the radio, he was being abusive and we were banned. We would have stopped if Master Beef wasn't being so abusive, and/or, one of the KM lot told us to stop, but we were banned withour a warning. However I do find it a little unfair that Chameleon was also spamming yet we were banned without warning.

i received complaints from KM members that there were some op2 causing trouble (radio spamming and team attacking, etc. . ), so i guess it was you. . .

i did join the server to come and see what was going on, but by the time the round had finished the ban had been made via rcon. . .

The first round me and matey were using the radio commands legitametly only to have some fellow called master beef TA and TK us. If a KM admin or even a member had stipulated as such we would of stopped however we did not take kindly to the papacy and his side kick being treated in such a disdainful manor by a public player.

Accompanied by Chameleon we continued the radio chat as a response to his constant TA'ing as well as TA him in return.

We then get banned without prior warning from an admin or even a km member... to my knowledge

I was not under the impression that master beef commanded such attention on the server and could get away with abusing other players with different styles of play, namely communication rather than camping.

I appreciate the annoying nature of our offense and appologise if this resulted in a KM member becoming upset however i did quite enjoy distracting a public member who feels that they can TK in response to legitimate gameplay...

If i am allowed on the server again i will respond in the accepted method of TA'ing the person repeatedly although i would of thought that this was a more serious offense

master beef has been generaly abusive in the past, to me, a shame you got banned altarboy and popeman, i loled at the offence though xD

Tbh the "go go go", "negative" radio commands in that fashion, were because both Edgar and I had been Ta'ed and TK'ed for the past few rounds. We did not attack Master Beef back, but proceeded to annoy him, due to our fustration.

Anyway, tbh, it might have been a childish thing to do, but we both would have stopped if asked to by a KM member. The fact of the matter is that we weren't, which is slighty unfair, even if we were being quite annoying

chaotix warned them i warned them beef warned them oh and beef wasnt abusive if he was i would say u behaved like idots even after being told to tow the line so hay ho there u go u are very aware of km rules if not read them or ask for them im sure we would ablidge
