While browsing one evening I came across a server hosting a map called 'Faulty Towers'. Me as a big fan of Basil Fawlty joined the server for a little game.
It had nothing at all to do with Fawlty Towers however the map was very interesting. Basically there where two large towers with lots of stairs and little cover. Dosen't sound great so far but.....
If you shot a wall, pillar, ceiling etc it collapsed
Fun for a while. Anyone else come across some odd maps? (I know Glassfloor will be mentioned)

he tennis, very unusual, makes you crash to desktop lol. its just sooo many nades on the floor with a 'net' and you throw them over. cool idea, fucks your pc

I see 1 room where u start fancing the other time about 5 feet away from you. The rounds dont last that long.
Theres been loads of weird maps ive come across come to think about it but my favorite is dodgeball.
And yes glassfloor is a fuuny map, gets a bit boring after 10 mins tho. I actully fell to the bottom of the pit and didnt die and was shooting ppl as they were falling down.

i played on that faulty towers once. its great coz u just shoot the pillar and trap the bomb, or just crush the person underneath it lol

Haven't played on that one yet but like the look of the stalker map that someone made like a preview for the game of the same name.

Came across some "surf" maps yesterday - very strange!
Involved spawing really high up, jumping and surfing down large ramps! Seen it all now!

Swimming pool slap bang in the middle of the 2 spawns! Very hectic, changing rooms, toilets, sauna and a floating board in the pool so those of the more agile CSS players are able to have some fun! (they don't last long)

A few of us sneaked onto another server the other day and apart from the brilliant betting on last man standing they had some maps i hadn't seen. They had one that sounded like Munchahmun something which we didn't play however we did get to play de_siberia. Quite a laugh and i think everyone enjoyed themselves, I certainly did when i realised i had to stay indoors to survive (bloody AWP). Some people dislike this sort of map as it's camp and snipe however it would be a good map for training.
The use of smoke and flash to get to the pesky sniper.
