hi guys ive looked everywhere on how to make a scrolling sig but i cant find a tutorial can you guys help me out ?? i have photoshop but can get any program i need thanks in advance riggs

yeah i thought as much bur i want like apic to start at top of sig box and scroll down looked on googley and no tutorial and i, to noob to guess how to do this

right corpse thats easy m8 thats not what i mean i have a pic that i want to scroll down a pic that is bigger than the sig box that scrolls down to show all the pic

This is a tutorial for making an animated userbar, buit you should be able to apply the method to any image you want to animate/scroll.
