just a quick idea while im here instead of having to contact someone for the match server. Im thinking of a timetable where you can fill in when you want to play or train and it has to be autohrized or something along those lines ???

Well unless you want to train on your own you will need a few players. So you would probably be best to make your training plans public via a post in the training thread

Practice matches etc are published in the relevant threads.
If you want to arrange something post in "clan matches" and one of the admins or clan match team will help you out.
