my game has just crashed twice consecutively and i know its been hapening to people.

this happens when we join the server, just after i click ok on the MOTD i get massive lagg then the game crashes.

its happened many times over the last few days and its cleared the server.

i dunno wats wrong but its defo the server coz i play on a wide variety of server and never get tht pb.

this is happening to me too

its caused by IE7 i beleive.

ive not seen any official word about it, but as soon as i got IE7 on winupdate, ive been crashing on motd.

i'll repoint the MOTD now and see if it helps people

i will code the MOTD when i get the chance to be IE7 safe..

I have to agree, tbh i get bad crashes/lag mostly just on km server and i dont have as much problem with any other server.....

yeah tbh i would agree i think its coz the MOTD opens up a webpage, well thx guys, i wouldnt want to stop playing on my 2nd fav server

Yeah I get the same problem, I wish there was a way to just use firefox in steam. I hate IE tbh.

i think i crashed bout 15 times in a row trying to connect last night took me an hour to finally get through

as ive said, ive changed the motd.
its now a plain text message so you may be able to get on now
