Fragments Out of Order!!

HI there guys, My m8 Delvecchio is having this huge problem connecting to foreign servers, seems to be ok with the icelandic servers. When ever he connects to Km server or any other outside of Iceland he gets this error message "Received fragments out of order".
I´ve had it up to here with this problem of his, well Im the one who gets his LONG phone calls on "how to" Fix the problem, well Im all out of ideas.....
Does any of u guys have an idea???

Imagine the data is like a train on a track, at the moment on his train the carriages are being split up, going via different tracks and ending up in a different order at the far end.

Hubby is right (as always )
the data being fragmented isnt a steam problem, its how it is being recieved by the PC via either the ISP or the router..
Clean everything to do with the connection, your internet connection is the same as your HD or RAM, it is constantly working and processing data, so make sure your microfilters are new or working (i change mine over everynow an then), router isnt overheating, firmware is up to date, your network card drivers are good and the lan line is clean, no snags in the wires and your ISP isnt a twat and things will be a-OK.
