General: All competitors will be randomly allocated a mini-league which they will play in. Once the mini-league has a finalist, the next mini-league will be played until we have all the mini-league finalists. The mini-league finalists will then go forward to the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals, depending on the number of entrants.
Match rules: Each map will be played one time as CT and one time as T. There will be no knife round. The match will start with pistols. During the pistol round the bomb may be planted.
The Servers: You will be using [KM] Killer Mongoose servers. CSS Server - 212.187.246.114:27015 Match Server – 217.163.10.28:27015 Teamspeak Server - 212.187.247.41:8824 Your team will have to be on and ready on the server 15mins before the start of each game. Any channel swapping or noticeable cheating seen on our teamspeak server, if used, will result in a disqualification and possibly a ban for your team from the tournament.
Choosing Teams and Maps: Teams and the team members must be posted before the tournament begins. Players can only enter with one team. Throughout the mini-leagues, the map for each round will be allocated. Once we are into the quarter/semi finals, both teams will be allowed to choose a map each. Each team, who make it to the quarter/semi finals, will choose 1 map from the list below.
The maplist: de_aztec de_cbble de_dust2 de_dust cs_italy de_prodigy de_train cs_office
Miscellaneous rules: If a player drops because of a technical error, the match will be paused at the end of the round or during freezetime (never during a round). The maximum pause is 15 minutes, which is enough time to reboot and reconnect. Substituting players is not allowed at any time during a match.
All rounds in a match, regardless of score, must be played. If one team willingly leaves the server before the match is finished, the clan that stayed will be awarded the remaining rounds. Once a round has started it may only be restarted if both clans agree.
Clear, outright hostage killing is not permitted. If a hostage is injured/killed in crossfire it will be deemed accidental.
Bomb must be at least partly in view for defusal. No defusal through walls or other objects unless some of the bomb can be seen.
Demos: All players must take screenshots of models, both CT and T. All players must record demos from the whole match. Any player experiencing technical difficulties due to recording must inform the match admin. In case of a conflict after the match, both clans may request the demos from the other clan.
If you are incapable of uploading a file requested, your team will lose the match and no excuses will help you in this one.
Cheating: Cheating is strictly forbidden. If a player has been caught cheating, there will be an immediate loss for the cheating team and the cheating player can no longer participate in the tournament.
Changing these options.. r_screenfademinsize 0 r_screenfademaxsize 0 .. will be considered as cheating
It is not allowed to take advantage of or abuse bugs. Any kind of bug abuse is considered cheating and will lead to a forfeit loss.
The following scripts are forbidden: No-recoil scripts. Strafejump scripts. Bunnyhop scripts. Turn scripts (180 degrees or similar). -mlook scripts (e.g. centerview).
Buyscripts are allowed.
Custom models and/or skins are not allowed. This goes for the player models and/or skins as well as the weapon models and/or skins. Custom map textures are not allowed. Custom Steam skins are allowed. Any sort of bug exploiting is strictly prohibited.
Boosting is not considered a bug. It is allowed to boost with several players. Highplanting is allowed as well. Throwing grenades/flashbangs/smokes across walls in maps is allowed (f.e. on de_dust2)
Tournament organiser's reserve the right to alter/add new rules.

What about quick-switch script on the awp?
I have no problem with people doing it manually other than the fact that they are abusing a bug valve are too lazy to fix and I can't do it.

So quickswitching is considered as cheating? AWPing without it just feels weird.

"script" ...
if its to fast / perfect / constant, questions may be asked / action taken.
just like any other match tbh...
All players must take screenshots of models, both CT and T.
All players must record demos from the whole match.
demos will be used as proof/defence of people(s) in question.
if you have any doubts about people / questions about their play, im guessing you will all be able to view their demo aswel as having staff view their demos to be checked.
i am not involved with setting this up, so dont take my word as official, but theres nothing "special" about the rules, its normal practice for any matches not to use exploits / scripted actions

you have to explain what you mean.... to record its only 1 command, hardly worth scripting?
