Why do we need to have six people playing in order 4 the stats 2 log?I think we should put it back to the way it was,it might be partially responsible for the lower playing numbers on the server?

i think its there so a cople of people cant whore them up.

i dont mind having them working all the time tbh, but personaly i dont care about stats that much.

but - if it is stopping people abuse the stats then ive not got any problem keeping it.

ill start a formal review of the stats setup.

most of the time when people come and see there are less than six people, they don't stay.

the server participation hasn't really gone up as i would have hoped since the last time i logged on

i for one don't really care if some people whore the server at late nights. if you put in the effort so be it

Six does now seem a lot however it wouldn't matter if there was more activity on the server.

Rank whoring was a pain in the arse but it also affected the game, i.e. camping n00b!! Worth a try to stick it back as it was or have it 'normal' until 12am and then it reverts to 6 ppl before they kick in.

IMO it would be taking the piss if say 2 or 3 members stayed up till I dont know 3am with an admin spawning hundreds of bombs and then planting as many as possible (admin included)

i wasnt involed with any of that bomb after bomb planting shit.

And i dont care tbh, the server seems to have been dead all week so far, whenever ive gone to go on there theres no1 there, so i'l just go to bed instead

i like the stats the whay they are.. all the different calcuklations,.. hpk kpd and the thing that tell you percentage with guns/ and where you hit ppl etc.. its all fine.. points isnt much of a big deal imo.. but the 6 person thingy smells a bit.. if people go on, like i have seen say 3 ppl.. and they are playing/frolicking around on the server. then they should be able to, with the stats page "registering" their kills and adding sums to all their calculations..

so if its possible... i think that ranks/points are "stat'ed" with 6ppl on server.. like it is now.. but that with only 2 ppl it still counts peoples kills/deaths and stuff..

we turned it to six cos there were lots fo ppl on the server exploiting the fact that they could run up the ranks with only 2-4 ppl on.

If it is a pain and ppl are leaving because of the amount of ppl needed for the stats to turn on, then maybe we should change it to a lower number (say 4) and see how that goes for a few weeks.

sounds like a plan, if anyone has a problem i suggest they speak up now

Also a totally empty server is very bad.Bots need 2 be on when nobodys playin.say autokickem when 2 r more playas join n reinstate them as players leave automatically.If ur playin just against bots u only get points 4 the plant/defuse.Iknow the bots leavin/joinin thing already exists b ut a few times i seen the server totally empty

Have 2 agree with Butch!Personally i think stats should be on 4 1 person n above!
