youve all seen me play, what am i doing wrong? What should I do to bring the kill score up and keep the death score where it is?

I haven't seen you play, but it can only be one of two things.

First is the standard of aim, for which you just need to practice. Also try to get use to the full range of guns (well, except the fiveseven which is a waste of time..). You'll need to find methods of using the different guns which suit them best so think about what you're going to do "this round" and buy something suitable. For example on office replace the m4 with a p90, or shottie. Once you've got used to the recoil of guns like the Galil then coming back to an ak or m4 means easy accurate shots. Once you've got the knack of the awp it's easy kills.

Second thing is stratagey. You need to be thinking what the other team is going to do and how best you can move through the level to take advantage. In short this means doing things other people don't. If there are classic standoff points on a map (eg double doors on aztec) don't bother with them. Unless that is you're gonna rush through before the other team is ready..

Stay outta the way of ur team mates, i seem to get shot up by them more than the enemy, why?? What you want to do, and this can get you a good few kills, try and flank them, if you can find a route what no enemy has gone, or maybe 1 or 2, if you can take them out and keep going, now your in a good position to come up behind them and take them by suprise. Thats why team mates shoot me, they dont expect me there, i come up behind them and take em out and my team think im 1 of them, hence why i get naded flashed and shot at by me own team, auto slay.

This is more effective on smaller servers, wont work so much on a 64ppl one.

Use your Radar!

It will show you where teammates are. If you get split up, find a suitable resting point and look at the radar. Listen what teammates as reporting, sector clear, enemy spotted etc. If you see one of your team go down, you can tell the enemy are coming from that direction, almost like seeing round corners. You can also see/cover entrances/exits that your teammates aren't
