He wasn't mistaken, he blamed me for attacking his car, which i might add, i do every day i love beating up poor defenceless cars!!!

Police are coming back to me on sunday, finalising my statement and then talking to him, warning him that next time he will be arrested without question basically.

fucking scum (old bill that is) they aint no use what so ever. Now if you had taking a beating and jumped in your own car to escape the fucker, while driving down the road at speed you will undoubtably get flashed by a speed camara and end up with a nice fine and 3 points on your licence. You get home and jump out of your car discarding a bandage from your bleeding wounds on the floor, bang, on the spot £50 fine for littering.

I hate em, they have never, not once been any use to me, tell a lie, once they gave me a lift home at about 3am in the morning coz i had a long walk. after pulling me over coz they thought i was out on the chore.
