Does it use the windows defragger API or does it have its own "defragging engine"?
Often the "little free ones" go down the route of using the windows API.
If it uses the windows API then its probably no-better than the windows defragger at the "real defragging" stuff - but i guess it could be worth a try if your after a free one ;]
There is a free version of O&O Defragger floating around the net - its very old, but I highly recommend O&O (Buy the new one if you can) as it has multiple defragging "profiles" that when used correctly allow for the fastest possible file access times.

"Name" is the fastest.
With the occasional complete to squish things down once in a while.
