The most efficient way of contacting [KM] staff is via the [KM] friends steam community.

Simply join this community and in your friends list will appear the group "[KM] Friends".
At the end of this group is a downward facing arrow, select this arrow and then choose "Join group chat room".

Any staff who are on line and able to help you will be in this chat room.

Alternatively if you need to report a player and there is no staff around, you can post here in the "banns & complaints" forum and your complaint will be read as soon as a staff member comes on line and checks the forum.
