Well, whenever i play a few rounds off css i get 3 errors.

1. complete pc locksup (cant alt tab, music loops, have to restart pc from the onoffbutton/restart button/wall

2. BSOD (nv4_something.dll) page_fault error i think. ill edit when it next occurs

3. hl2.exe error

nv4_blah bla blah bsod,generally means your nvidia drivers are messed up some how,download the latest drivers from nvidia,then uninstall your old drivers from add/remove programs list,then download this program http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=driversweeper
Guru3D - Driver Sweeper run it,then restart your system then install your new drivers.All going well u should be good to go.

One other thing, just checked nvidia monitoring program, i see cpu is 1.55V (red square) and disk which is 40% (red square as well). anyone shed some light on this?

Agreed, I would say memory but could to either

I have had memory problems before. Quite often there is a fault in the RAM itself. Try removing all your ram modules and then try them 1 at a time (always provided that you have more than one memory stick of course) If any of the RAM is faulty then your PC will show the errors you have been getting allowing you to isolate the faulty hardware. I have done this once after my PC kept giving me the BSOD and all sorts of other interesting fails it turned out one of my 4 1gig sticks was fecked.
