Over the past few days I've started to notice my monitor is goin a bit wonky. Dark places go red and black lines and on the edges its light blue lines. I no for a fact it isnt my gfx card because I've taken the cable out the back of the monitor that links to the gfx card and the whole screen goes red/black lines when the no sognal message comes up. Here is an SS of when I mean. If anyone can help me It'd be appreciated.

sounds like your monitor is on the way out...
lots of old CRT's start to change colour and stuff when they are going to die.

if it is a CRT, i would recommend you replace it and stop using it

LCD is a bit different... but it still could happen on a breaking/broken LCD.

does ur monitor have a degaussing feature?

It looks fine? Damn I was hoping you'd be able to see what I was seeing. I suppose that is a good thing in away that it rules out the fact thats it's not my gfx card (thank god!) It's an TFT and only two years old

I don't know what that is Crzy so I wouldn't really know where to look but I will try. Its an AG Neovo 19" TFT if that helps?

2nd that, cos it means your graphics card is fine.

I would opt for a new monitor, see if you can save some cash and get a decent widescreen job, Overclockers have a sale on samsung monitors.
