Ok judge, download the TSO from this link heredownload "Upgrading from Builds prior to #61, or a New User ?" then, you install it, then i personally got this



but i got around this by going into the area where i installed the program and loaded TSO.exe.



then i just placed it on the desktop as a shortcut and did what it said from there on so if you have more troubles, give me a shout

its power hungry, its bloated and the only killer feature is directX 10.. which nobody really supports yet anyway.
