ok, i cant post in shoutbox.. it lets me type, but unusually it gives me things i have previously typed like in url and google and stuff. i can type but when i press enter, or even click send it refreashes the page and doesnt post my things

The main issues you have are related with either memory problems, make sure that you do as Frog said and keep a clean browser, plus dont leave it open when you are not using it.
