Sorry to necropost, but I would just like to note, that it's quite hard to witness a real cheater on the server. Some blatant hacks are easy to spot, but when it comes to thorough analysis you could easily make a mistake.
Therefore, I would like to give an advice to all players out there - if you think someone's hacking PM an admin. You won't get a constructive response from another player nor will you be honoured in case you make a mistake (people who accuse others of cheats, and found wrong, are often referred as idiots, excuse me). However, if you PM an admin - you aren't making any hasty conclusions, you are making a completely valid assumption, which doesn't make you look like a fool at all.
And I can give millions of examples of "hacking issues". The most interesting one is when 2 members of a team we played against in an ED official match were hacking. When you play a match, you have no way of identifying who is who. So you don't have people screaming "HE HAX!!! BAN!!!", so everybody was relatively calm and no-one suspected anything... But afterwards we had a look at our SourceTV demo... Lol... Two guys blatantly wallhacking in a match. ^_^ I even made a movie to make fun of them. We sent it off to the ED admins and they both got a nice, juicy Steam ID ban.
Another very funny one was when 1 guy on the other team kept on getting kicked for blocking this... zBlock? I think it's called zBlock. Yea, basically, he kept on getting kicked because some of his setting were invalid. ^^ The guys were very pissed off about it and wanted to give us a complaint about our 100 tick server being shit. ^_^ The guy then disappeared for 4-5 mins and reappeared again. This time he passed zBlock test no problem.

Just have a wild guess about what he might have been doing during those 4-5 mins!
